1st Street Graphics has been manufacturing screenprinted, heat-applied transfers for over 43 years. Our transfers are made to be either hot split for a soft hand print or cold peeled for maximum opacity on dark fabrics. These transfers have outlasted most of the millions of garments they have been printed on.
1st Street Graphics has a design program that can meet any customer’s needs. From the basic Custom Express format program to our Full Color Simulated Process designs, we can do most anything with a heat transfer. We even have a design program that can simulate an embroidered applique look using only screenprinted inks. Because we know you often need your orders now, RUSH programs are available.

Custom Design Programs
To Fit All Your Needs
Custom Express: Developed to accommodate our customer’s needs for low minimum, quality art, and fast delivery in as quick as 2 working days. Includes over 600 ready to use formats, over 6000 pieces of clipart and over 50 fonts to choose from. May also use client’s acceptable digital artwork to turn existing designs into transfers.
Normal Production Time:
One color: 2-4 working days
Two color: 3-5 working days
Adaptable Custom Design: Choose from any of our design ideas and stock transfers to adapt to your clients needs. Modify colors and copy to your specifications. Using a format that we have already produced reduces time and insures accuracy in your finished design.

8-10 working days (rush programs are available)
Camera Ready Art: Digital file types we accept are; for vector formats: Adobe Illustrator CS4 or older, Freehand MX or older, PDF, Corel Draw! up to version 13. for Raster (pixel based) one color only art: Adobe Photoshop CS4 or older, JPEG, TIFF, PNG. To qualify as “Camera Ready Art”, your submitted design should not require creative alterations from our art Department. All fonts used should be converted to vector or included for use.

One color: 4 working days
Multi color: 8 working days (rush programs are available)
Custom Create-Design: Create multi-color transfers from your customer’s ideas or rough sketch. Our art department can create a finished transfer from most submitted artwork. Colored art approvals are available upon request.

12-15 working days (rush programs are available)
Simulated Process Color Custom Transfers: You provide digital (RGB) or reflective (a picture) art or we design to your specifications. Quantities as low as 50 pieces at very competitive prices. Exact reproduction of the customer’s art is not guaranteed, but pleasing color is assured. High resolution images yield best results. (works on both lights and darks)

12-15 working days (rush programs are available)
Photo Quality Transfers (Digital Printing): You provide digital or reflective (a picture) art or we design to your specifications. Quantities as low as 1, at very competitive prices. Guarantee of exact reproduction of the customer’s art is possible. We use Techni-Print paper for the softest possible printed design that continues to soften as it is washed and yet has a very durable image. (recommended for light colored garments only)
